Tipsy Elf

Tipsy Elf is a holiday pop up located in Bishop Arts at the corner of Bishop Avenue and Melba Street. The space is available for private events, but otherwise is walk-in only. A little elf told me to expect these fun events, too, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for details: Nights with Daddy Santa, an Ugly Sweater Party, Drag Bingo with Mrs. Claus, and Naughty Cookie Decorating.
