Looking for something fun to do this holiday season? Might I suggest hitting up one, or all, of these Christmas pop up bars in Dallas… It’s sure to be a fun time filled with good food, festive drinks and an overload of holiday decor. I don’t know when holiday pop up bars in Dallas started gaining popularity and becoming “a thing”… But I’m sure glad they are.
Tipsy Elf is a holiday pop up located in Bishop Arts at the corner of Bishop Avenue and Melba Street. It’s joining forces with Mermaid Raw Bar & Champagne Room next door to create an large covered outdoor patio decorated in loads of Christmas decor, ornaments, trees and mistletoe. Of course what’s a Christmas pop up bar without cocktails? There will be no shortage here, trust me.
The space is available for private events, but otherwise is walk-in only. A little elf told me to expect these fun events, too, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for details: Nights with Daddy Santa, an Ugly Sweater Party, Drag Bingo with Mrs. Claus, and Naughty Cookie Decorating.
A little bit tropical, a little bit Christmas… You’ve got yourself Sippin’ Santa in Deep Ellum! This tiki bar meets nostalgic Christmas pop up Christmas bar in Dallas is sure to be a good time. You’ll find drinks such as White Russian Christmas, Azul Navidad, Yule Log Grog, The Regifter, and Mistletoe-to-Toe.
Fun fact– Sippin’ Santa is created by the same owners of Royal 38 who are hosting Miracle Bar (details below).

The Henry is bringing back the popular holiday pop up bar in Dallas, St. Henry Winter Wonderland, to their rooftop! There you’ll find festive beverages like Naughty List Dirty Martini, Junui & Mrs. Min, See You New Year’s Eve, Nog on the Rooftop, Santa’s Island Vibes and more. There will also be a holiday themed menu with sweet and savory bites. They suggest reservations if your party will be 6 or more people. If your group is 10 or more, you can book a private party.
