Okay ladies, how many of you have struggled to find supportive bikinis for big boobs? And when I say bikinis for big busts, I mean letters in towards the middle of the alphabet, ya feel me? I’m not saying someone who wears a 38DD doesn’t have big boobs, but I am saying I’m tired of brands claiming they have amazing fuller bust bikini options that barely tip toe into the cup/band sizes of higher volume With all that said, let’s dive into some of my personal favorite fuller breast bikinis as someone who wears a 36J UK bra.
Also a general fit tip, if you like your band a bit looser in swimsuits vs bras, I suggest taking your sister size (up a band size, down a cup size). And a money saving tip, I wear my Freya bikini tops with other bottoms already in my closet sometimes to save money on buying a full set.
I love adorable bra sized bikinis for big busts, and trust me when I say Freya has some options for us fuller breast gals! Freya also has big boob one piece and tankini options for those who like a little more coverage. I find the fabric to always be super comfortable, plus the designs are fun!As far as sizing goes, Freya bikini tops are by UK bra size. I find that they run a tiny bit bigger than their bras and personally size down a cup size and keep the same band size. With the bottoms, I find they are true to size and wear an XL, and my normal pant size is 14/16.
The name Elomi might sound familiar because they make some of my favorite bras! My love for the brand doesn’t end there… They make some fabulous bra sized bikinis for big boobs. I also have some great one piece swimsuits for fuller breasts from Elomi, if that’s more your style! This pink style is one of my favorites from this season! The fabric feels wonderful, it’s incredibly unique and the fit is fantastic. Elomi is a bra sized swimsuit brand, as I’m sure you could have guessed, so be sure to shop after being properly fitted. If you like suits a little less snug in the band, order your sister size. I find the bottoms to be true to size, or size down if you’re in between.
Fantasie, similar to Elomi and Freya, is a bra sized bikini brand for big boobs. The mix and match swimsuit is an old Fantasie bikini top, but you can still find it in other prints this season. The green swimsuit is a new one and quickly becoming a favorite! I have some more Fantasie swimsuits coming and will do a full review once they arrive!
There are a few different bikinis I have from Kitty and Vibe… I have the Scoop Bikini Top in size G, as well as the Plunge Bikini Top in H. Both bikini tops have thick straps, which is a huge plus for me. I also appreciate the coverage provided- no spillage here! The Scoop Bikini Top feels like a very low impact sports bra, aka very comfy/lounge vibes. This top is $48, but you can get the reversible top for just $10 more! The Plunge Bikini Top is a tie back, which is accommodating to various band sizes, and the straps are adjustable. Such a stellar option when finding supportive bikinis for big boobs is tough! And be sure to use code Casey15 for $15 off if you shop any of these small business bikinis!
This black bikini is a super unique find for a wire free bikini for big boobs! I love the tie around element is attached on each side. It’s available in sizes XL-4X and 10+ color variations. I am wearing XL.
This Daci bikini offers great chest support and runs a bit big, so size down if in between. It’s available in sizes L-24 Plus and 15+ color variations. I am wearing XL.
I absolutely adore the ASOS “fuller bust” bikinis. One reason ASOS sticks out to me as a great resource to find supportive bikinis for big boobs is because of the options! They carry brand such as Peek & Beau swimwear, Wolf and Whistle, Figleaves (a swimsuit brand for fuller busts that I used to wear all the time!) and more. Plus the “Fuller Bust ASOS Curve” options.
This is my first summer trying out Show Me Your Mumu bikinis and so far so good! These swimsuits don’t offer a ton of lift and support, but there’s enough for me personally to feel comfortable in them. I sized up to XXL for breast coverage and I have bottoms in both XL and XXL.
Night Dive Swim is one of my favorite small business swimsuit brands. These swimsuits are sustainably made and offer inclusive sizes for their customers. Plus, it’s a woman owned brand, which is always my favorite to support! I wear a 3x in the MALIBU top and that provides enough coverage for me. I also find the straps to be comfortable and love that they’re adjustable! Pair it with the HONEY or BOBBY bottom and you’ve got yourself a gorgeous set. I find the bottoms to be true to size and love that they support my tummy and hips without constricting.
I’ve only tried one Good American bikini… but I truly can’t say enough good things about it! I was shocked to find a strapless bikini for big breasts that didn’t have underwire. Unfortunately this color worn here is from last season, but they have the same style in other fun colors. As far as sizing goes, I wore a 5 in the top and 4 in the bottoms. And I am on a mission to try more Good American bikinis so I can report back with more info!
