These recommendations are coming to you from someone who has really big boobs, not a company pushing out sports bras for big boobs that only work for D cups and down. For reference with sizing, I wear a 36J/34JJ in UK sizing in “traditional” underwire bras.
This sports bras offers high support for your chest while you move around in your workout. This sports bra for heavy breast is bra sized. It’s a wireless sports bra and sized with normal bra sizes. It comes in band sizes 28-40 and cup sizes DD-J (UK).
It has a great, supportive band and claps in the back. This bra is not padded, nor does it have underwire. It comes in band sizes 28-38 and cup sizes D-J (UK). I find the band to run a little small and do my sister size with this sports bra.
This supportive high impact sports bra is similar to the above Bravissimo Astrid sports bra. I personally find the Astrid to offer more support, but this is another great option when looking for a sports bra for heavy breast. It comes in band sizes 28-38 and cup sizes D-J (UK).
This high impact sports bra for large breasts has underwire, which in all honesty was something I had to get used to but the support is worth it! It’s available in band sizes 32-46 and cup sizes DD-K (UK).
This Lorna Jane sports bra is a lower-medium impact sports bra for heavy breast, in my opinion! It’s got a nice thick band, which helps provide a decent amount of support. The band is adjustable in the back to wear tighter or looser pending your needs.
Technically speaking, these sports bras don’t go up to my bra size (36J UK), but because it’s not underwire I have found there is some flexibility. It comes in sizes 36-48 and cup sizes C-H((US). I use this sports bra when lifting weights and have no issues with the support it provides.
I started wear testing this sports bra for large breast in spring of 2022, so it’s a newer bra for me. I find that the support is enough for me when it comes to going on walks or lifting, but I can’t do too much bending over (like pilates) because the boobs try to escape out of the top. I wear XL and it comes in sizes XXS-6XL.
I love wearing this Athleta sports bra for DD+ cups as a great low impact workouts or even just wearing it as a crop top out and about. It is so comfortable to wear and offers enough support for light working out. I wear an XL in this sports bra and it comes in sizes XXS-3X.
NOTE: here I am wearing their largest size (36H UK) but this one does not currently fit me at a 36J/34JJ. I like this sports bra for things like pilates, physical therapy and yoga. I can also wear it for slower paced spin classes. It is racerback and not adjustable.
This is not the most supportive bra I’ve tried. However, this is the most supportive bra for big boobs I’ve tried at this price point. They cost around $20. When I wear these bras, I still have some bounce, but it’s pretty minimal compared to the dozens of other bras I’ve worn over the years.
This bra has been good for riding the bike and going on walks, but I haven’t worn it for much else sine I got it after my most recent knee surgery. It comes in sizes XS-3x and I have it in 1x.
