I’m a big believer that building confidence and self love is a journey. It’s not a linear destination or something that can be identified as a start and stopping point. There will be ups and downs, but the important thing is you are learning through it all. I’ve been on my journey for a few years, and part of what helps me is by filling my Instagram feed with women who inspire me to love my body and feel confident.
