Before we dive into parent and bridal party gift ideas, I want to note that giving formal gifts isn’t something you need to feel pressured to do. Historically, the rehearsal dinner was the way you said “thank you” to those involved with your wedding. With that said, I do think it’s a very sweet gesture to show your friends and family your appreciation. No matter how big or small the gift, your loved ones will appreciate it, so don’t stress too much on the budget aspect! And, let’s not stress out too much on what you give… there is enough on your plate being engaged and trying to plan a wedding! Hopefully these parent and bridal party gift ideas help make life easier for you and your future spouse. PS- congrats on your upcoming marriage!

Unique Earrings from Gaby and Grace
A great gift idea for your bridesmaids, moms, readers, etc, is jewelry! I know that can feel a little overdone, which is why we went with a unique angle. We did earrings from Gaby and Grace, a local Texas woman-owned small business. The earrings are unique statement pieces, and I was certain the ladies in my life didn’t have anything like this already. If some of the women don’t have their ears pierced, don’t fret! Gaby and Grace has plenty of affordable and unique accessories to choose from.
I wanted to highlight a few of my favorite bridal party gift ideas, but you can browse the website for more! PS- they have fun bride options, too!

Swanky Badger Personalized Leather Goods
Swanky Badger is an online small business where you can find dozes of personalized gift ideas- especially when trying to find the perfect parent wedding gift. Not only are the items high quality and affordable, Swanky Badger is donating a portion of every sale to Children’s hospitals across the US. They’re aiming to donate over $100,000 this year!
We went with a personalized dropp kit and wallet for our fathers, but I rounded up some of the other items that were on our radar!
You can also use code CASEY for a discount on any purchases. In full transparency, I have no idea how long this will last. I did a partnership with them in May 2021, so I figured I should extend the savings to y’all!

College Town School Street Posters
We discovered School Street Posters when searching for unique groomsmen gift ideas. They don’t have every college town available, but lucky for us they had the two we needed: Corvallis for Oregon State and Manhattan for Kanas State. These are screen prints, as you can see below, with the town name and some of the major streets. From what I can tell, they all have three color options for black and white, grey and white, or colorful. The prints are $24, and we picked up frames from Michaels when they were on sale. You can also spend a little bit more to have the print framed before it’s shipped to you.
This is a great gift idea for ladies, too! I got one for my MOH as a bridal shower hostess gift.

Personalized Tie Pins
To be honest, we really struggled with what to get our nephews (who were ring bearers). Because we did a destination wedding, we wanted to be cautious of whatever we gave them needing to fit in a suitcase to go home… But when you’re picking out gifts for 2 boys under the age of 6, small in size is not the first thing that comes to mind! My husband, Austin, remembered getting tie pins as a kid when he was in a wedding, and it’s something he still has to this day. Consider me thankful he thought of this idea, because I was on hour 9 of searching.
Linking some great tie pins, as well as other gift ideas we came across that could work for someone else!
Additional Bridal Party Gift Ideas
If you’re wanting to take the approach of helping the cost of being involved vs buying a gift they can open, I think a great bridal party gift is to buy or help buy the attire. For bridesmaids, this could be buying their bridesmaid dress, their shoes, accessories or something to get ready in. This could also look like paying for hair and/or makeup the day of the ceremony, or even a group nail appointment before the wedding. While groomsmen might look more like buying the suit or renting the suit/tux. Using your money budgeted for gifts in this way is a great way to show appreciation and to help alleviate the costs that the bridal party incurs.
Here are a few other unique bridal party gift ideas under $50 that caught my eye.
Oh, also, how could I forget! We also toyed with the idea of doing an excursion as a gift, but unfortunately the schedules for everyone coming in and our of Cabo didn’t align.
Additional Parent Gift Ideas
I feel like parent gifts can be tricky! I’ve seen some very sweet sentimental gifts such as scrapbooks, personalized handkerchiefs or neck ties. You could find a perfume to remember the wedding day by. This list of perfume dupes is a great spot to find something budget friendly. Other gifts I’ve seen are more along the lines of jewelry or wallets, which we’ve already chatted about. Sharing a variety of items below that could spark an idea or maybe work for your parents/parents in law.
